Warm Quinoa Salad

This recipe is perfect in the colder weather because it is warm and satisfying, but also gives you plenty of nutrients and energy. This warm salad can be a side dish on the table or the main star by adding different proteins such as chicken, steak, or an over-easy egg. Because you can subscribe and receive this mix weekly...this recipe seems like a no brainer.
